A corner of Houghton

Java 101 was born from a simple idea: what if a bakery could be the kind of place where neighbors actually run into each other? We opened our doors on County Road 35 with ovens that fire up before sunrise and a counter that's always stocked with something warm.

We're not a chain. We don't freeze our dough or reheat yesterday's croissants. Everything you see on our shelves was made here, today, and we'd be delighted if you came in and told us how it tasted.
